Traditional shingle style elements, such as wood shingle siding, dormers, double-hung windows, trim details, and the brick base of the building, all tie in with the existing fabric of this waterfront village. This unique American architectural style encourages the expression of individualism, which can be seen in the distinctive design of the curved corner entrance along with sloping parapets and tower elements. The operable windows and porch-like feel of the front facade of the building provide for a visual interaction between the hotel, restaurant guests, and pedestrians on the sidewalk, maintaining the walkable feel of this historic downtown.”
In collaboration with hospitality designers Dallago Associate, Inc., Kevin O'Neill's vision of refined hospitality and style is brought to life.
